The Agency does not process special categories of personal data, such as genetic, biometric, or other sensitive data.
B. Obligation to Provide Personal Data and User Consent
In the registration form completed by the User, LUXURY WORLD TRAVELS LTD specifies whether the provision of data is mandatory or voluntary, along with the consequences of withholding such information. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User consents to the processing of their data as outlined.
